





Let’s talk food and your mental health Our relationship with food can be a complicated and exhausting journey. As we move through life, our experiences, culture, relationships, education, religion and more impact that relationship. We live in a society where disordered eating patterns are becoming normalized by integrating words like “cleanse”, “clean”, “detox”, “wellness”, and “cheat” into our conversations about food. Unsurprisingly, these words have a profound impact, whether we are conscious of it or not.
