I’m here to help you move through challenges, uncover strengths, and build a fulfilling path forward
I am a trauma-informed therapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling and professional registration with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
I’M SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE! I’m a mama, sister, wife, daughter, friend, and above all, human. I recognize that we all share the human experience—our vulnerabilities, joys and struggles. I believe that giving ourselves space to reflect, grow, and move through life’s experiences is one of the most meaningful gifts we can offer ourselves.
As a trauma-informed therapist based in Maple Ridge, I specialize in working with individuals and families. With over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve supported folks across all ages and backgrounds, working in diverse settings—from group homes and outreach in East Vancouver to non-profits, government sectors, and private practice. For the past 7 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a registered therapist.
Driven by empathy and compassion, I believe that my healing journey has equipped me to connect deeply and hold space for others to do the same.
I believe therapy should be as unique as each individual, so I tailor my approach to meet each person’s specific needs. I take the time to truly listen and understand your experiences, emotions, and goals, creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered. Rather than applying a rigid framework, I’m committed to building a supportive environment that honors your unique journey.
Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, I work collaboratively with each client to create a treatment plan that aligns with their needs and aspirations. Here are some of the modalities I incorporate in our work together.
